Shipping.

Every Palarosa tool is hand-finished in Denmark. Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. Apparel and stickers ship within 3 business days.

Rates by zone

Two box sizes drive cost. Shovels and rakes ship in a long box. Trowels, apparel, and stickers ship in a small box or envelope.

Bundled orders

When you order more than one long item (a second shovel, rake, or both) we ship the additional long items at 50% of the long-box rate — we're already paying for the oversize box. Small items ride along for free with a long-box order.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes on arrival, paid by the recipient. We declare the full commercial value on every package; we cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment we hand the package to the courier.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and reply to your order email within 7 days. If a tracked package goes missing in transit, we open a claim with the courier and replace or refund once the claim resolves.
