Terms of sale.

By placing an order with Palarosa you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain language because nobody reads the other kind.

Who we are

Palarosa is a sole-proprietor business based in Denmark. The legal entity is in registration; once registered, the CVR number will be published here.

Prices and currency

All prices are in Euro (EUR). EU customers see VAT included; non-EU customers see the price excluding VAT. Stripe collects local sales tax where required and remits it on our behalf.

Stock and availability

Every tool is hand-built in small batches. If an item sells out between your order and our shipment, we refund you in full within three business days and notify you by email.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our tools. Dirt jumping is an activity with inherent risk; tools don't change that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes unresolved by direct contact go to the Danish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published the day you placed it.
